Victorian antique English lacquer Papier Mâché tilt top table

A beautiful Victorian antique English Papier Mâché tilt top occasional table, hand painted with floral motifs and inlaid with mother-of-pearl. The scalloped top and base are made of Papier Mâché, which was fashionable during the Victorian period. The spine is made of fruitwood. The gilt decoration has faded gently with age.
Some lacquer is showing signs of age and cracking and flaking and as shown in the pictures.
